  • HSE Risk Assessment Review

  • Risk mitigation and management

  • Ensure both parties understand and agree to the details of the contract

  • Acknowledge (sign off) of the contract and scaffold plans

  • On-site safety management plan tailored for each individual site prior to commencement

  • Safety site induction

  • Toolbox Talks

  • Acknowledgement of Safety Work Method Statement (SWMS)

  • Scaffold & equipment inspection

  • Transportation & delivery of scaffold equipment on-site

  • Installation of scaffold to drawing plans

  • Ensure all employees acknowledge & comply with SWMS

  • Final inspection of scaffold to ensure compliance with AS/NZS1576.3, AS/NZS1577 & ISO:9001

  • Complete scaffold handover

  • Provide certificate of completion (Scaf Tag) after completion

  • Invoice for payment issued to client

  • Monthly inspection of scaffold to ensure compliance to scaffold standards has been maintained

  • Modifications will be performed when required

  • Dismantling of scaffold from completed works

  • Ensure all employees acknowledge & comply with SWMS

  • Removal of scaffold from site

  • General housekeeping
