Unless otherwise agreed by the Client in writing, our Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to every order and cannot be altered, varied or replaced by any other terms, including the Clients terms and conditions of purchase.

Leading Edge Scaffolding may add to and vary these Terms and Conditions by giving 7 days’ written notice to the Client, if amendment is not acceptable to the Client.

 

Leading Edge Scaffolding may terminate the Contract in question within 7 days after receipt of the notice of variation and if the Client fails to do so the notified amendment will apply to the Contract in question.
